The cut off date for registration for the 2009 Conference for Correspondents will be July 31st 2009. This deadline date may be extended at the discretion of the International Group Chairman. Please note the following:

 

Delegates requiring Schengen visas will need to register and pay before the relevant letters of invitation can be issued.

 

Embassies issuing the relevant visas need time to process the application and this can take time especially during the busy summer months.

 

Response to this event has been very good and we are expecting delegate numbers for this event to be high. You are therefore urged to register and pay early to guarantee your participation at this eagerly anticipated event and to avoid disappointment.

Should you need to cancel your registration, please note that no refund will be given.
