P & I Conference for Correspondents, Amsterdam

22nd - 24th September 2013

Dear Correspondent

Thank you to those correspondents who have contributed thoughts and ideas for the revision of the IG Guidelines to Correspondents.

The next Conference will take place between 22-24 September 2013 in Amsterdam.  Preparations for the venue, hotels and Conference Programme are well underway and Correspondents are requested to check this website for updates in due course.

International Group Guidelines for Correspondents - 2nd Edition, 2nd version

The revised Guidelines are available to download from link above.

The delay in completing the revised Guidelines has been due to various changes in legislation which have been included in a new section in the Guidelines which relates to Governance.  There are occasions however, when due to the imposition of economic sanctions for example, correspondents face uncertainty which is beyond the control of the International Group.  It is for this reason, the new Governance section in the Guidelines to Correspondents makes reference to the imposition of economic sanctions.  Correspondents should pay particular attention to this section of the Guidelines.

FEESABLE

Correspondents using FEESABLE will be receiving a message during April 2011 from John Mace at the International Group Secretariat via the following sources:

* Circular from John Mace from the International Group Secretariat

* Announcement on FEESABLE website http://www.feesable.net

* In response to each FEESABLE submission.

This message contains very important information to all FEESABLE users who should review the contents carefully and take appropriate immediate action.

Thank you once again for your valuable support.
